Processing & Custom Orders
Processing times vary depending on the wig selected. Certain highlighted, colored, exotic-texture, and extra-long wigs are custom-made and may require additional preparation time.
For example, a highlighted 40-inch Burmese curly wig may require approximately 5 days for customization and an additional 3–4 days for shipping, for an estimated total of 8–9 days. These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on customization requirements, vendor availability, holidays, and carrier delays. Please review the estimated timeframe listed on the product page before ordering.
Shipping Information

Tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Signature confirmation may be required for selected orders when supported by the shipping service. The carrier’s delivery and signature procedures will apply.
Order Documentation
To maintain quality control, we may photograph or record your wig during preparation and packaging to document its condition before shipment. These records, along with order and tracking information, may be used to review customer concerns or respond to payment disputes.
