Orders & Payment Verification
Customers must provide accurate billing, contact, and shipping information and use an authorized payment method.
The name and billing information provided with an order must accurately correspond to the authorized cardholder and payment details. We may request additional verification when reasonably necessary to confirm payment authorization or investigate suspected fraud. Orders may be declined or canceled when there is a reasonable concern about unauthorized payment or fraudulent activity, subject to applicable law.
Shipping & Delivery Signatures
A signature may be required for selected orders when the shipping service supports signature confirmation. Signature requirements and delivery procedures depend on the carrier and service selected. Signature confirmation does not necessarily mean the cardholder personally signed for the package.
Product Selection & Appearance
Customers are responsible for reviewing their selected wig length, texture, color, density, and other product options before checkout.
Product photos are provided to represent our products as accurately as possible. Slight variations in appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, curl definition, styling, and handling.
Payment Disputes & Fraud Prevention

When responding to payment disputes, we may provide relevant order records, customer communications, billing and shipping details, pre-shipment photos or videos, tracking information, and proof of delivery to the payment processor or financial institution.
Evidence of intentional fraud or abuse may result in restrictions on future purchases. We reserve the right to pursue remedies permitted by law when supported by the facts. Customers retain the right to raise legitimate payment disputes.
